To register for a Zero To Microsoft® Success™ workshop by mail or fax,:

1. Request a paper registration form by here.

2. Open the form on your computer. (Note: You will need Adobe Reader to open this form.  If you do not have Adobe Reader, you can get it free by clicking here.)

3. Fill in the form my hand or on your computer.

4.  Print the form for Fax or Mail.

Forms and fees can be received in person at the above address during business hours 9am – 5pm, Tuesday – Friday.

All forms and fees must be received 5 days before the date of each class.
