FAQ

Q: When you say “Zero To Microsoft® Success™” where is “Zero”?

A: The ideal student for Zero To Microsoft® Success™ (ZTMS) workshops is an adult learner in the workforce who has a need to know (more) and uses a computer for business or leisure at least two times a week.  The typical prerequisites for ZTMS workshops are basic mouse skills, experience surfing the Internet, and the ability to type into a computer program.  Be sure to check the our Course Catalog for specific prerequisites for each course.  In general, everyone is between zero and success in some parts of their life, we want to help you get there.

Q: Do I have to be a “pro” to take the Pro Track workshop?

A: No.  The Pro Track is an extension of the Base Track or 101 workshop and the Base Track workshop is a prerequisite for the Pro Track.  Pro and Base registrants start together, in the same class session.  Pro Track registrants continue their training after the first workshop with a five day on-line learning experience followed by a second face-to-face, hands-on learning experience.  A number of people so enjoyed the Base Track session they want to go “Pro Track” now.

Q:  If I already took a Base Track workshop, can I take a Pro Track version at later date?

A: Alumni of our Base Track workshops can take the Pro Track workshop of the same topic within 4 months of their Base Track learning experience for the cost of the difference in price between the Pro and Base Track at the time of their Base Track course.  Base Track alumni may be required to sit in on both workshops of the Pro Track.  Base Track alumni are encouraged to contact us before enrolling in Pro Track for more information.
